矿井水超磁分离净化技术研究与应用

摘要: 针对传统矿井水处理技术存在的基建投资大、运行费用高等问题,研究了矿井水超磁分离净化技术的工艺流程及技术优势。并在石壕煤矿、翟镇煤矿、长城三号煤矿进行了现场应用,对超磁分离净化技术工艺和传统水处理工艺进行技术、经济比较,结果表明,矿井水超磁分离净化技术不仅效率高、占地面积小、设备可靠耐用,而且投资和运行成本低、管理方便,是一种新型的水处理技术,对煤炭行业的技术进步和环保产业发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract: In this paper, from the perspective of the reasonable recovery of mine water resources, comprehensive comparison of various processes and the advantages and disadvantages of the actual project as an example, analysis of underground purification system of mine water technology not only to avoid the mine water refer to inflow to the ground energy and pollution , And the study shows that solve the problem in undergrounding mine space to meet the national environmental requirements. Meantime , promotion the sustainable development of the use of this new technology in mine water field .
